The Exploration Experience Programs of Redlands Unified School District provide a safe place for students to go after school. Funding for the program is provided through grants from the California Department of Education.
Our pick up times are as follows:
Mondays only/Minimum Days: 2:30 PM (South parking lot only), 3:30 PM (South parking lot only) 4:45 PM (both North and South parking lots)
Tuesday-Friday: 3:30 PM (South lot only) 4:45 PM (both No. and So. lots)

Program begins at school dismissal each day, including Minimum Days.
Transitional Kindergarten Info: TK/K students may be eligible for the Boys & Girls club in lieu of this opportunity if they attend AM or Early bird TK/K class. Additionally, PM or Late bird TK/K students may also have access to before school opportunities through Boys & Girls Club.
AM Transitional kindergarten (TK) may partner with the Boys and Girls Club (B & G Club) to secure care before and after their session of 8:00 A.M to 11:40 A.M. where the B & G club will pick students up from campus at 11:40 A.M. PM TK may partner with the B & G Club to secure care before their start time of 10:24 A.M. where students can be dropped off at school by the B & G club at their start time of 10:24 A.M.
Priority registration is given to students who qualify in any of the following categories.
Students who do not qualify in one of the categories listed above, will be admitted to the program if space is available.
As long as grant-funding exists, the program will be provided free of cost. Donations are always welcome.
The program will be open for students enrolled on every school day, except three days per year when we close for Professional Development. For the 2024-2025 school year, we will close on the following dates:
The EEP Programs operate at elementary schools from school dismissal to 6:00PM. All students must be picked up by 6:00PM.
Participants must be entering grades transitional kindergarten to 5.
Registration starts on 05/07/2024 and ends on 05/07/2025.
Participants may register at any time during this period.
